What should I bring to my first design consultation?
To get the most accurate design, bring rough measurements of your space (length, width, and ceiling height), photos of your current bathroom, and any inspiration images you’ve saved.
How long does a bathroom refurbishment take?
A standard refurbishment typically takes between 5 to 8 days, depending on the complexity and size of the room.
Which tiles are best for Northern Ireland homes?
Porcelain tiles are highly recommended for local homes due to their low water absorption, durability, and compatibility with underfloor heating in damp climates.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes, we have parking right outside the entrance of our showroom, on our loading bay. There are also designated spaces past our trade entrance to the right of the main traffic lights.
How much does a new bathroom cost?
Costs vary significantly based on material choice and project scope. Most showrooms provide a fixed, itemised quote after an initial assessment to prevent hidden charges.

Yes, we provide a free design consultation at our Belfast showroom to help you plan every detail of your dream bathroom.
What is included in your "Supply and Fit" service?
We offer a complete end-to-end solution. This includes helping you select premium tiles and sanitaryware from our showroom and having our skilled, time-served professionals handle the entire installation.
What geographic areas do you cover?
While we are based in Belfast, we provide top-quality tiling and fitting services across both the North and South of Ireland.
Do you handle domestic and commercial projects?
Absolutely. We have over 40 years of experience in everything from small domestic bathroom refurbs to large-scale commercial projects like hotels and swimming pools.
Where do your tiles come from?
We supply a wide range of world-class tiles, including high-quality Italian and Spanish porcelain and ceramic options.
What are your payment terms to start a project?
Once you are happy with your quotation and ready to proceed, we require a 50% deposit. This allows us to order your materials and secure your installation date. Payments can be made quickly and securely via bank transfer or over the phone.
